PurePouches Return Policy
At PurePouches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our return policy below for a smooth and hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on worn, washed, and limited-use items, within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
For hygiene reasons, intimates and sale items are non-returnable.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased through the official PurePouches website. Items purchased through other retailers or third-party stores are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us:

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and specific instructions for returning your items.
Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. PurePouches is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
International Returns:
For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Refund Method:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost, and a full refund or replacement will be issued.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
